To change the video as wallpaper on windows xp is :
1 . Download XP Scane
2. Download Net Framework ( if needed)
3. Net Framework installed if required
4. Run the XP Scane :
5. Select the video file you want to be a wallpaper & set output results walpeper.
6. Press the button Create (Refresh logo) and please wait
7. After completed look at the output folder and make the output results into wallpaper
